Secure Payments

With online fraud becoming more prevalent you need to know that your details are safe and that a fraudster isn't going to run huge bills on your accounts. This is why we have teamed up with two of the largest payment providers in the world:

Google Checkout
When you click the 'Pay Now' link you will be transferred to Google Checkout's secure server and your details will be totally safe from prying eyes - even we don't get to see them, all we receive is instant notification from Google Checkout to advise us that we have received an authorised payment. As soon as we have this notification your transaction is complete and we will process your order for immediate delivery.

PayPal
Paypal is world renowned as a first class online payment provider and is the main method of payment on sites such as eBay. Even if you don't have a Paypal account your details can be processed quickly and securely. If you do have a Paypal account your simply need to log in with your email address and password to authorise your payment. We never see the sensitive financial details about your purchase we just receive notification of an instant payment of funds to our account.

Phone Orders
If you prefer to speak to a real person you can phone 01934 515 055 and we will take the payment from you. We can only process payments from cards that match all our security criteria and we may well need to make a landline call back to verify the sale. Please don't be offended, this is an anti-fraud measure and helps to prevent fraudulent transactions on your card.

By Post
We can accept your payment as a cheque or postal order. Please make payable to 'Odstar Ltd' and send it along with a completed order form to:

Once we have received the postal orders or after the cheque has cleared we will be able to despatch your goods.

Online BACS / Bill Payment
Please contact us for our bank details if you intend to make payment via this method. Always use your name and postcode as the reference so we can identify your payment and ensure speedy shipping of your purchase.

Invoices & Receipts
A full VAT invoice will be sent with your order as will a credit card receipt for orders processed over the phone. If you need the invoice first to sanction payment please call us on 01934 515 055
